Casafumata
In the Countship of Giomici, upon a fair hill, amidst of a vaste agricultural plot of land, rises an old stone made building dated at the end of 1700. This huge building, tipical of Umbrian rural architecture, has been made by including in the actual building, an old watch tower, which used to guard the main medieval road that still leads from Assisi to Gubbio by follwing the Chiascio river .
Casafumata, surrounded by centuries-old oaks, stands now just above the great dam’s basin, in a panoramic and silent position and provided with wide private gardens and a little old Chapel dedicated to the Virgin of the Lake. Just 3Kilometers away from Casafumata you can find the wonderful Giomici’s hamlet, managed by the same proprietor. You can freely visit the entire Castle and get access to its services upon reservation (breakfast, dinner, e-bike rental and so on). You pets are welcome (20€ per stay).

Il Giardino apartment is located at ground floor. It includes a living room along with a fireplace and a kitchen, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with 3 single beds and a restroom. It faces directly the garden where you can enjoy your stay.
Lionello apartment
Lionello apartment stays at first floor. it includes 2 bedrooms, one double and the second provided with both king size bed and a single bed, a kitchen, a living with a sofa bed, a restroom and a utility room. It’s perfect for families or little groups of friends.
